First wash the resin parts free of mold release residue, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue. Apply a primer before painting; work the flight suit, the vest and the helmet with glazes and a fine wash, and build the face with skin shades. Try the fit in your particular cockpit dry beforehand and adjust it if needed.
