The particular machines and schemes are given by the manufacturer on the packaging, so compare them before building with your model.
The T-33A came about as the two-seat trainer derivative of the first production American jet fighter aircraft. The fuselage was given an inserted section for the second place and a long canopy, and a single jet engine provides the power. The machine served for the transition training of pilots onto jet equipment, and in the early period it flew predominantly in a natural metal surface completed with striking color elements for better visibility. It is precisely the early machines that differ from the later ones in the details of the fit as well as in the form of the lettering.
With older sheets that may have lain in storage for a longer time, caution pays. Before you set to work on the main markings, try one inconspicuous small decal first. You will find out this way whether the film has not grown brittle and whether the adhesive is releasing properly. If a decal breaks, it helps to go over the sheet with a thin coat of clear varnish from a spray, let it dry and only then cut the individual pieces out. Store the sheet flat, dry and out of direct light; damp and heat harm it the most.
