Responsibility details are not available.
The plastic set from the manufacturer Trumpeter contains several pieces of the F3F biplane fighter in 1:700 scale. This is not a stand-alone airplane model, but an accessory for populating models of aircraft carriers and ships in the same scale. The parts tend to be molded in clear plastic. Glue, paints and the target ship model are not included in the package.
The F3F is an American carrier-based biplane fighter from the 1930s. It was marked by retractable landing gear and an enclosed cockpit and was the last biplane in this role in the US Navy before single-wing fighters arrived. It served on the decks of American aircraft carriers in the prewar period.
On biplanes in this scale the wings and struts are very fine, so work with a sharp knife and with super glue. Painting is possible with a brush as well as with an airbrush; prewar American machines carried striking colorful markings, which you will bring to life with small decals or with a brush. The finished aircraft are seated on the deck of the carrier model.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
