A supplementary photo-etched set in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for refining a plastic model of the American Douglas A-3 Skywarrior carrier-based aircraft. Photo-etched parts usually add detail to the cockpit, the instruments and other fine items beyond what injection-molded plastic offers. It is not a model but a detail accessory.
The Douglas A-3 Skywarrior was a large American carrier-based bomber, one of the heaviest aircraft operated from the decks of aircraft carriers. Besides the strike role it also served for reconnaissance, refueling and electronic warfare.
Separate the parts from the fret, shape the fine items and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Paint the unpainted parts according to the instructions. Tweezers, a magnifier and patience are recommended.
This is a supplementary photo-etched set, not a model of the aircraft. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
