A collector model of the German ATF Dingo 1 armored vehicle in Bundeswehr ISAF trim, in 1:72 scale from Panzerstahl. It is a finished, factory-assembled and painted die-cast model with applied weathering and markings. It is not a kit, so there is no gluing and no painting. A display base is usually included.
The ATF Dingo is a heavily armored German wheeled vehicle with increased resistance to mines and improvised charges. The Dingo 1 version is based on the Unimog chassis and has the characteristic V-shaped hull floor that deflects the blast wave of an explosion. The vehicle proved itself on Bundeswehr missions abroad, among them ISAF in Afghanistan.
The model has a metal die-cast body, factory weathering and printed markings; the small turret with its gun is usually able to rotate. The military subject is treated factually, as a piece of modern equipment. For display we recommend a glazed case, which protects the fine detail from dust. The model suits a collection of modern armored vehicles in a single 1:72 scale.
