A set in 1:72 scale with the French 105 mm Schneider gun of the 1913 model and with figures of a French crew from the First World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Canon de 105 mle 1913 Schneider was a French field gun of 105 mm caliber, which was used by the French artillery during the First World War. It complemented the lighter 75 mm guns where a heavier shell and greater range were needed, and it stayed in service after the war ended as well. The set adds figures of a crew to it, so a whole artillery position can be built, not just the weapon on its own.
According to the name it is the gun and figures of a French crew in 1:72 scale. The number of figures, their poses and the number of parts of the gun are stated on the box. Check them beforehand if you are building a particular scene and need a certain number of characters.
Cut the excess material off with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the trace; with thin parts such as the barrel or the wheels proceed carefully, so that they do not bend. Before painting, wash and degrease the parts. The French field uniform of the later war years tends to be in the blue-gray shade known as horizon blue. The gun comes out better when a darker glaze is let into the recesses and the edges are accented with a dry brush.
It suits builders of dioramas from the First World War and collectors of artillery in 1:72 scale. Paints, glue and a base are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise; check the contents of the package against the data on the box.
