A masking set for the Blackburn Firebrand Mk.IV and Mk.5 in 1:72 scale from the Czech maker Peewit - precisely cut self-adhesive masks for a clean spray finish on the canopy glazing.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely cut self-adhesive masks for the canopy of the British carrier-based aircraft Blackburn Firebrand in the Mk.IV and Mk.5 versions. The masks cover the transparent panes of the glazing, so that you spray the frames with sharp edges and with no risk of the brush slipping. This is not a model of the aircraft but an accessory for building one.
The Blackburn Firebrand was a massive British carrier-based aircraft with a radial engine, developed originally as a fighter and in the end introduced as a strike machine capable of carrying a torpedo. The Mk.IV and Mk.5 versions served with the carrier squadrons of the Royal Navy above all in the first postwar years.
For modelers who are building the Firebrand in 1:72 scale and want to achieve clean, professional-looking canopy glazing without the lengthy business of outlining the frames by hand.
This is a modeling accessory - the kit of the aircraft itself is not included in the package.
