The decal set No.485 (N.Z.) Sqn. Spitfires in 1:72 scale from DK Decals for modelers.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from DK Decals. The sheet offers markings for the Supermarine Spitfire fighters of the New Zealand squadron No.485 (N.Z.) Sqn. It serves as an alternative to the decals from the box and widens the choice of schemes; the model of the aircraft itself has to be obtained separately.
The Supermarine Spitfire was a British single-seat fighter of the Second World War with a characteristic elliptical wing. No.485 Squadron was a New Zealand unit serving within the RAF, and some of its aircraft carried so-called presentation markings paid for out of public subscriptions.
Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss clear coat, which prevents the silvering effect. Once dry it is best to go over the surface with a matte or semi-gloss clear coat. A decal softener is recommended for perfect adhesion to the detail.
This is a set of decals, not a model of an aircraft or a vehicle. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
