A set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer ROP o.s. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory with markings for finishing a plastic kit of the Soviet Polikarpov I-16 fighter, nicknamed the Rata, in the form of machines operated by the Spanish Republican side during the Spanish Civil War.
During the Spanish Civil War the Polikarpov I-16 was delivered to the Spanish Republican Air Force, where it was one of its main fighters. The set is devoted to this historical service and offers the corresponding markings.
The decals release in lukewarm water and are transferred onto the model; they settle best on a smooth gloss coat, and we recommend a softener and varnishing over the transitions according to the surface of the subject.
The decals are an accessory for a model. The kit itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
