An injection-molded plastic kit of the Russian self-propelled coastal defense gun A-222 Bereg of 130 mm caliber in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer Hobby Boss. The model captures the gun mounted on a heavy eight-wheeled chassis and the package carries rubber tires as well as decal markings for two forms.
The A-222 Bereg is a mobile coastal artillery system which combines an automatic 130 mm gun with a mobile eight-wheeled chassis. It serves to destroy surface targets and to defend the coast; its mobility makes it possible to change firing positions quickly. The system arose at the end of the Cold War and remains in service.
Finish the chassis and the wheel suspension before assembling the superstructure; glue the parts with a liquid cement for plastic. Degrease the rubber tires before gluing. After spraying the base shade you will bring the model to life with washes and pigments, which create the dust effects typical of coastal service.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
