Russian Artillery 1:72 is a plastic figure set of Russian artillery from the period of the Crimean War from Emhar.
Responsibility details are not available.
This plastic figure set in 1:72 scale captures Russian artillery from the period of the Crimean War (1854 to 1856). The set was released by the Emhar brand; it holds figures of gunners in several poses together with artillery pieces. The exact numbers of figures and guns are not stated here. It is not a vehicle model but a set of figures and weapons for building battle scenes.
The Crimean War was a conflict of the years 1853 to 1856 in which the Russian Empire faced a coalition of the Ottoman Empire, France and Britain. Artillery played a key part in that period in sieges as well as in field battles. The set captures the typical guns of the day and their crews.
Clean the flash off the figures and glue them with cement for plastic. We recommend a primer coat, brush painting and bringing out the detail with a wash and a dry brush. Match the uniforms and the equipment with other sets in the same scale so that they work together in a diorama.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
