A resin detail accessory from Quickboost, made by Aires, in 1:72 scale. The set replaces the horizontal stabilizers with more faithfully shaped resin parts. It is not an aircraft model but a separate accessory that raises the accuracy of a finished build.
The Sukhoi Su-27, NATO reporting name Flanker, is a Soviet and later Russian twin-engine supersonic fighter. The all-moving horizontal tail surfaces are among its characteristic features.
Wash the parts to remove mold release, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue. Before gluing, check that they seat exactly and stay symmetrical to the fuselage. Sand with respiratory protection.
