A set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from the Czech maker AML. It is not a kit but an accessory to a plastic model of the Supermarine Spitfire fighter in the Mk.IA and Mk.VB marks. The sheet is devoted to the machines of the Czechoslovak No. 313 Fighter Squadron RAF and offers several marking options.
The decals cover several particular Spitfires of No. 313 Squadron, including the names of its pilots. Besides the national insignia and the squadron code letters, serial numbers and individual markings are included, so several machines of this unit can be built from one sheet.
Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss coat, so that the film does not silver. Dip the cut-out part briefly in lukewarm water, slide it off the backing paper onto the model and bed it down with a softener. Finally, even the model out with a matte or semi-gloss coat.
