A set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from the maker HAD models for the Tupolev Tu-134 jet airliner and its stretched Tu-134A version. The sheet brings markings for this type and is intended for application to plastic models in that scale; the model itself is not included in the package.

The real subject

The Tupolev Tu-134 is a Soviet twin-engine jet airliner for short and medium routes, which from the 1960s served with a number of Eastern European carriers as well as government and military operators. The Tu-134A version had a stretched fuselage and modified engines for a greater capacity.

Use

• even out the surface under the decal with a gloss varnish against silvering
• dip the decal briefly in lukewarm water and slide it onto the model
• fine-tune the seating with a decal softener and fix it with a final varnish
