Responsibility details are not available.
A printed large-format sheet showing the surface of the Danish airfield at Grove. It serves as a finished base under a built model, not as a kit or a decal. The printed area measures 675 x 675 mm and corresponds to 1:48 scale.
The motif comes from a particular station rather than from generic artwork. The name of the set refers both to the Second World War period, when according to the manufacturer a reconnaissance unit may have used the base in transit, and to the postwar Danish units. The base thus covers two different periods of one location and suits models from both.
It is precisely with an airfield surface that completing the scene makes sense. Two or three mechanic figures in 1:48, a towing tractor, a fire extinguisher or crates of ammunition turn a model standing on its own into a legible tableau. Keep to one rule while doing it: accessories belong at the edges of the area and in relation to the aircraft, not spread evenly over the whole base. The empty space around the machine is part of the composition and is what makes the scene believable. Figures and vehicles come as separate sets and are not included here.
This is a printed base for a model. The model, figures and ground vehicles are not included.
