Imitation of T-90 inspection and optical instruments (green version) is a resin accessory set in 1:35 scale from SX-Art that replaces the plastic periscopes with realistic optics in a greenish shade. Target kit: Meng.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a detail accessory set, not a standalone model. It contains an imitation of the viewing and optical instruments (periscopes and vision blocks) of the T-90 tank in 1:35 scale. The green variant simulates the greenish shade of the protective glass of the optics that is typical of Soviet and Russian hardware, and it is intended for T-90 models. The set is intended for the Meng kit.
It replaces the flat plastic vision blocks with realistic-looking optics, so that the commander's and the driver's periscopes look like real glazed instruments. The greenish tone also imitates the real appearance of the optics in daylight faithfully and adds to the credibility of the finished model.
Separate the parts from the casting remains, degrease them and glue them in spots with a clear adhesive or super glue, so that the optics do not fog. Mask the vision blocks before varnishing the model; the surrounding frames can be finished in a metallic or dark color to bring them out.
This is an accessory for an existing kit, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
