This item is not a kit of the vehicle. It is a detail accessory cast in resin, intended for finishing off a model of the German Pz.Kpfw. III Ausf. L medium tank in 1:35 scale. The contents are a jerrycan rack and the jerrycans themselves in the version with Sandrik markings, that is, a different variant from the sister set with ABP jerrycans. A resin casting holds crisp edges, the fine pressed ribs on the walls of the jerrycans and the thin straps of the rack - precisely the details that plastic kits usually simplify.
Jerrycans stowed in a rack at the rear or on the fenders were part of the typical look of vehicles used in the field and they are clearly visible on a finished model. The set also suits a diorama or a vignette, where the jerrycans can be used loose as well. According to the name the version is tied to the equipment of the 2nd SS Panzergrenadier Division; the period markings of jerrycans differed between individual makers and that is exactly where the difference between the two variants of this set lies.
First wash the parts in lukewarm water with dish soap so that the mold release agent is removed - without that the paint will not hold. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a knife, never break them. Sand wet and with respiratory protection; resin dust is not to be inhaled. It is glued with super glue (cyanoacrylate), ideally with an accelerator - ordinary polystyrene cement does not work here. Apply a primer before painting, otherwise the paint adheres badly to the smooth surface of the resin.
The accessory is supplied unpainted, as a resin set. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package. The number of parts in the set is not stated here.
