An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 scale from the French manufacturer Heller. The model captures the West German main battle tank Leopard 1 in the A4 version, which is characterized by an angular welded turret with an improved fire control system. The kit is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Leopard 1 was the main battle tank of the Federal Republic of Germany, introduced in the 1960s, which laid emphasis on mobility and firepower. The A4 version belonged to the later modernizations of the first generation and became a widespread type with a number of NATO armies. The vehicle was powered by a powerful diesel engine and the main armament was a 105 mm gun.
Glue the plastic parts with a thin modeling glue for plastic. Finish and paint the running gear and the lower part of the hull before you close the tub. An airbrush and a primer suit the surface; washes and pigments for mud and dust effects will bring the patina of a tank to life. We recommend adding the stowage and tie-down fittings.
