The model in 1:120 scale captures the distinctive disc-shaped hull and the folding wings of the ship flown in the film by the Sith lord Darth Maul. It is a rewarding themed project that also looks good as a single piece in a collection of science fiction models.
The Sith Infiltrator appeared in the film Star Wars: Episode I, The Phantom Menace. It was a modified starship whose best-known feature was a cloaking device that allowed the ship to slip into hostile territory unnoticed. Darth Maul used it for his secret missions and for pursuing his opponents. The disc-shaped hull with its folding wing arms is among the most easily recognized ships of the whole saga.
You will bring the dark hull of the ship to life with a light accent on the panel lines and a light technical grubbiness that gives the model depth in scale. The smaller scale rewards careful cleaning up of the parting seams and a flat to semi-flat varnish for an authentic science fiction look. Light drybrushing of the edges brings out the structure of the hull. Assemble any moving elements according to the enclosed instructions.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
