Injection-molded plastic kit in 1:144 scale from Amodel. It represents the American C-123 Provider tactical transport in the C-123J version with auxiliary jet engines under the wing. The small 1:144 scale suits collectors and builders of display collections of transport and military aircraft. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The C-123 Provider was a twin-engine tactical transport with a high-mounted wing and a rear cargo ramp, used above all by the US Air Force. The C-123J version was adapted for operation in Arctic conditions and fitted with a pair of auxiliary jet engines in underwing pods, which raised takeoff performance. The aircraft carried cargo and passengers into short, unpaved strips.
We recommend thin cement for plastic and careful cleaning up of the joints, as small parts are delicate in the smaller scales. Lay down a primer before painting; an airbrush is ideal. Mask the cockpit and the transparent parts, and at the end you can bring out the panel lines with a fine washable shade.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
