A set of wheels for a model of the German light tank destroyer known under the designation Hetzer, in 1:35 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The German light tank destroyer known under the designation Hetzer came about at the end of the Second World War on the chassis of the Pz 38(t) light tank. It was low, with a steeply sloped front plate and no rotating turret, with the gun in the front wall of the hull. It is precisely the low silhouette that makes it a rewarding model for a display case and for a diorama: the vehicle is small, but the details on it are all the more visible for it.
This is a set of running gear wheels for a model in 1:35 scale, carried as an accessory for a model. On a tracked vehicle the wheels are permanently in view, because they are visible through the track and between it and the hull, and the eye picks out their shape even without comparison with the real thing. The number of parts, the scope of the set and the kit it is cut for are given in the manufacturer's description and instructions, so check the match before buying.
Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little from the part and sand the rest carefully, so that the outline of the wheel stays regular. Wash and degrease the parts before painting. Try the fit dry: the wheels have to lie in one plane and at a spacing that matches the track, otherwise the run will not seat and the whole running gear will twist. Set the colors of the individual parts of the wheel apart according to the illustration of the subject.
The scope of the delivery is given in the manufacturer's description. The kit, the tracks, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
