A figure 75 mm in size from the Journeyman Miniatures line, named Agyar the Unyielding. The size of 75 mm is popular among collectors because it lies between small gaming figures and large busts: the figure is still a whole one, but the face, the hands and the equipment are already so large that they can be painted calmly and with all the transitions there is no room for in a smaller scale.
It is aimed at modelers and figure painters looking for a striking figure for a display case or a piece on which to try out a painting technique. Given the size it is at the same time a rewarding gift for a collector. The number of parts the figure is made up of and the material are given by the manufacturer on the box and in the enclosed instructions.
First wash the parts in lukewarm water with a drop of dish soap and let them dry properly, as grease on the surface will reliably repel paint. Cut the excess material off with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the remainder down. Before painting, lay a thin coat of primer, ideally sprayed, so that it does not flood the detail. Apply the paint in thin coats and from the darkest tones to the light ones; at 75 mm in size it pays to blend the transitions out and not to rely on a single coat. Leave the face for a time when you are rested.
Paints, brushes, glue and tools are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
