PANZER ART 1:35 exhausts with flame suppressors for the Panther G and F is a resin accessory with faithful end sections of the exhaust system of the German tank.

A standalone detail set in resin in 1:35 scale from PANZER ART. It is not a tank model but a replacement exhaust system with the so-called flame suppressor (Flammvernichter), which was fitted to late versions of the Panther to hide the glow of the exhaust gases at night. The castings offer fine detail on the shrouds and the grilles.
The German medium tank Panther was among the very best armored vehicles of the Second World War. The late versions Ausf. G and Ausf. F received modified exhausts with flame suppressors, which reduced the visibility of the vehicle at night. A faithful rendering of these end sections sharpens up the rear of a model.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and sand them with respiratory protection. Glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The exhausts benefit from shades of rust and sooting; a combination of pigments and washes gives the metal a worn look.
The accessory is supplied unpainted and unassembled. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
