Master Box World of Fantasy – Kit No. 2 (1:24) is a plastic fantasy figure set to be assembled and painted.
Responsibility details are not available.
This fantasy figure set from the Ukrainian maker Master Box in 1:24 scale is the second part of the World of Fantasy range. It holds a pair of fantasy figures in different poses; the average height of the figures is around 75 mm, which in the larger scale lets the details of the faces, the clothing and the gear come into their own. It is an injection-molded plastic kit to be glued and painted.
The World of Fantasy range answers the popularity of fantasy books, films and games, where good figures in this scale are hard to come by. The figures do not follow a historical subject but come from an imagined world of adventurers and heroes – the modeler therefore has complete freedom in the treatment of colors, materials and overall atmosphere.
Clean up the parts and glue them with cement for plastic. A primer and a combination of airbrush and brush work well: build the skin with glazes, underpaint the fabric and leather and highlight the edges, and add sheen and patina to the metal elements. A fantasy theme invites experiments with bold colors and contrasts.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
