Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic figure of a German non-commissioned officer (a Feldwebel) in the large 1:16 scale from the manufacturer Das Werk. The package offers a variable build: two head options (a field cap or a helmet with a camouflage net), various pieces of gear and accessories. Photo-etched parts for buckles and badges and clear parts for optics are also included. The large 1:16 format allows detailed painting and working up of the face and the uniform.
The 352nd Volksgrenadier Division was a German infantry unit deployed in the closing phase of the war on the Western Front. A non-commissioned officer (a Feldwebel) in its ranks represented an experienced squad leader. Volksgrenadier divisions were formed in the late period of the war and their soldiers carried a mixture of standard and improvised gear.
Separate the parts carefully and glue them with thinned cement for plastic, and the photo-etched buckles and badges with super glue. Give the figure a base before painting. In the large 1:16 scale, smooth transitions of skin and cloth shades stand out; paint with acrylics or oils and add shading and highlights. Glue the clear parts of the optics on only at the end.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
