Tow cables for the Panther Ausf.G tank 1:25 are a metal detailing accessory with braided wire ropes and resin eyes for the large scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is an aftermarket detail set in a large scale, not a vehicle model. The package contains braided metal tow cables with resin eyes, with which you replace the plastic parts of a kit of the German Panther medium tank in the Ausf.G version and give the model a realistic look.
The Panther was a German medium tank of the Second World War, valued for its combination of armor, a powerful gun and mobility. The Ausf.G version was one of the later production modifications. Tow cables were carried on the hull and served for recovery work.
In the larger 1:25 scale the texture of a braided cable shows particularly well. Form the wire rope into a natural sag along the hull, glue the eyes with cyanoacrylate, degrease the whole assembly and give it a base coat. A dark wash and light weathering with dust or rust will accentuate the texture.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
