Plasticard Pipe ELBOWS 6mm are plastic pipe elbows from Green Stuff World of 6 mm diameter. They serve to change the direction of pipes when building industrial details and dioramas yourself.

These are plastic pipe elbows, that is a building material for your own work, not a model of any particular installation. The figure 6 mm in the name gives the diameter, not a scale, and the product therefore has no scale. It can be used in any of them, provided the diameter matches what the pipe is meant to represent on the scene.
Straight plastic tube is easy for a modeler to come by; the trouble starts the moment a run has to turn somewhere. Bending a tube without flattening it is slow work and the result tends to be irregular. A ready-made elbow removes that problem: its curve is clean and always the same, so a whole run reads as though one factory had made it. The smaller 6 mm diameter suits second-order piping: runs along walls, connections to machines, the hydraulics of large installations or details on science fiction and industrial structures.
