This set contains miniature 3D-printed resin hexagonal bolts with a washer, with a head size of 0.3 mm. They serve for superdetailing plastic models, replacing bland or missing fasteners with faithful bolt heads. It is not a kit and not a paint, but a fine accessory material for demanding modelers.
Small bolt heads bring panels, hatches, frames and load-bearing structures to life on aircraft, vehicles and ships alike. The stated size of 0.3 mm is the size of the part (the diameter of the head), not the scale of the model: the smallest size suits small scales or fine details on larger models.
The parts are very small, so work with tweezers and preferably under a magnifier. Take them off the carrier frame with a sharp knife, seat them in a pre-drilled hole or directly on the surface and fix them with a tiny drop of super glue (cyanoacrylate). Degrease and prime the surface before painting.
The accessory is supplied as a set of fine parts. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
