It is not a kit or a model but scenic material: bushes in a blue-green finish, used as low vegetation on dioramas, vignettes and gaming bases. The manufacturer is the Spanish brand AK interactive, whose range of scenic accessories covers grass, tufts, foliage and scatter materials.
The blue-green shade deliberately does not copy earthly nature. That is exactly why it works where a scene is to look exotic: on fantasy bases, in science fiction dioramas, with alien landscapes and in gaming armies that want to set their home planet apart. It suits stylized scenes just as well, though, where color composition matters more than botanical accuracy. The manufacturer intends the vegetation for scenes in 1:35 scale, which covers a military diorama as well as most collectors' figures.
The material is made by hand, so individual packages may differ slightly in shade and shape - in a scene that is rather an advantage, because the growth does not look mass-produced. The bushes can be divided into smaller parts according to how dense a growth you want, and glued with super glue or with water-based glue onto the surface. It works well to mix two or three color variants side by side and to complete them with scatter material at the foot, so that the transition between the vegetation and the terrain is not abrupt.
