Responsibility details are not available.
A set of painting (masking) masks from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:32 scale. The masks are precisely cut and serve to cover the canopy frames, the glazed areas and usually the wheel tires as well when paint and varnish are sprayed. Thanks to their exact shape you get sharp, clean edges without laborious masking with tape by hand. It is an aftermarket accessory, not a model of its own - the masks are used on a matching plastic model of the aircraft, which is obtained separately.
The Arado Ar 196 was a German shipboard reconnaissance floatplane with two floats. It served with the Kriegsmarine, where it was launched by catapult from battleships and cruisers and flew reconnaissance and patrol duties over the sea.
The masks are separated carefully from the sheet, laid on a clean, degreased surface and pressed down gently so that paint cannot seep in at the edges. The paint is applied in thin coats, best with an airbrush; once dry, the masks are taken off before the finish has cured completely. The remaining glazed areas between the frames are best filled in with masking tape or liquid mask.
These are painting masks, not a model of the aircraft. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
