A set of colored seat belts from the STEEL range by the Eduard brand for Arado Ar-196A-3 models in 1:32 scale. Unlike brass photo-etch, these belts are made of thin stainless steel, which holds its shape better and gives a natural sag. The colors are printed from the factory. It is a small but striking detail of the pilot's space.
It contains a complete set of seat harness straps with buckles for the seat type in question. The steel material lets the belts be curved realistically and left to drape freely.
Cut the belts off, shape them gently with tweezers and fix them with a drop of cyanoacrylate. Steel holds a bend better than brass, so the draped shape will last. Any rubbed-off color can be touched in.
This is a modeling accessory, not a stand-alone kit. The basic model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
