This product is not an aircraft model but an accessory for superdetailing the interior. It contains color 3D-printed detail on backing decal paper, reproducing the instrument panels, the side panels and other features of the pilot's and crew stations in relief and in faithful color. It is neither conventional etch nor cast resin; the interior thus takes on a realistic look without lengthy painting.
The North American B-25 Mitchell was an American twin-engined medium bomber of the Second World War. The B-25H variant was a heavily armed attack version, famous for its 75 mm cannon in the nose and a dense battery of machine guns. Its roomy interior in the large 1:32 scale offers many surfaces to finish in detail.
The part is cut out of the sheet, soaked in lukewarm water for about 15 seconds and slid off the backing paper onto the plastic part. It has no adhesive layer of its own and holds on a layer of gloss clear coat (Future, Klear, Tamiya X-22); on complex areas a drop of super glue helps. Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, as the chemicals attack the printed resin. Work with a sharp knife, tweezers and a degreased surface.
This is an accessory for a plastic model. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
