LööKplus is a pack in which the Czech company Eduard combines a LööK set, that is a finished instrument panel usually supplemented by seat belts, with further accessories for the same type of aircraft. This item is intended for a model of the Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-4 in the large 1:32 scale. It is not a kit of the aircraft but an accessory for a plastic model from another maker. The Messerschmitt Bf 109 was a single-seat fighter with a liquid-cooled inverted V12 engine, built in many versions throughout the Second World War. The G series, to which the G-4 form belongs, received a more powerful engine and differs from the earlier versions in a number of small points on the cowling, the cockpit and the landing gear. In the large 1:32 scale the pilot's station is clearly visible, the instrument panel is the dominant visual feature, and injection-molded plastic captures it only in simplified form at this size.
Remove the plastic original of the instrument panel and sand the area so that the finished part seats straight. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue or with a micro glue applied in minute drops. The panel is not painted over, only fitted. Bend the seat belts slightly before gluing so that they do not look like sheet metal, and attach them only after the seat has been painted. Work in good light and with tweezers, as in a large scale every inaccuracy shows.
It is an accessory for a kit, not a model of the aircraft. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
