The photo-etched set Eduard 1:32 Do 335 exterior adds fine external details to a plastic model of the German fighter Dornier Do 335 Pfeil. It is an accessory, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of photo-etched parts from Eduard in 1:32 scale serves to refine the outer surface of a model of the Dornier Do 335 Pfeil. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory for a finished plastic kit. Exterior sets of this type usually bring radiator grilles, covers, doors, reinforcements, grab handles and other fine elements that give a large model in 1:32 scale a convincing surface.
The Dornier Do 335 Pfeil was a German heavy fighter of the end of the Second World War with an unusual arrangement of two engines in tractor and pusher positions, one in the nose and the other at the rear behind the cockpit. This solution gave it exceptional speed while keeping it controllable if one engine failed. It saw only marginal combat and remained more a technically remarkable design.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife on a hard surface, make the bends over a bending tool and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) or with an adhesive for photo-etched parts. Degrease the surface before gluing and hold the small parts with tweezers. In the large 1:32 scale the details stand out particularly well, so fit them all the more carefully.
This is an accessory photo-etched set, not a kit. The aircraft model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
