This is not a kit but a sheet of 3D cockpit decals by Red Fox Studio in 1:32 scale. The decals have relief, so once applied the instruments and controls stand out above the surface of the panel. The gloss backing at the same time gives the dials a glazed look, so you do not have to varnish the cockpit.
The F-104C was the single-seat fighter-bomber version of the Starfighter of the US Air Force, derived from the F-104A. Compared with the original version it received modified equipment and the ability to carry stores under the wings and the fuselage. The changes showed in the cabin equipment as well, and that is why the decal sets for the individual Starfighter versions are not mutually interchangeable.
Before gluing, the raised detail of the instruments is usually sanded off the plastic parts, and the surface is cleaned and degreased. The individual pieces are taken off the sheet and transferred to the corresponding place in the cabin following the procedure the manufacturer gives on the box. You will make the work easier if you apply the decals before the fuselage halves are joined and the canopy is fitted.
