The Eduard photo-etched stencil template for spraying technical lettering on the F-15 in 1:32 scale is an aid for painting, not an airplane model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched (metal) template in 1:32 scale from the Czech maker Eduard. It is neither an airplane model nor a conventional detail set: it is an aid for painting which lets you spray the small technical lettering and service markings (known as stencils) onto a model of the F-15 fighter. The etched edges of the individual characters give a crisp, clean impression, which looks finer than thick decals and suits a large scale in particular.
The McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle is an American twin-engined fighter intended above all for gaining air superiority, one of the most successful fighters of its generation. Its surface carries a range of small technical lettering and warning markings, which on a model in a large scale contribute markedly to its credibility.
Lay the template on the relevant place on the surface of the model, fix it in position and spray a thin coat of paint over the etched edges with an airbrush. Apply the paint in thinner coats, so that it does not run under an edge. Once dry, take the template off carefully. Work on a smooth, glossy finish and try the method out on a test surface first. This is a technique for more advanced modelers.
This is not an airplane model. The base kit and the paints are not included in the package.
