An Eduard etched stencil mask for spraying the technical markings of the F-16 in 1:32 scale is an aid for painting, not an aircraft model.
Responsibility details are not available.
An etched metal mask in 1:32 scale from the Czech manufacturer Eduard. It is not an aircraft model or a conventional detail set — it is an aid for painting that lets you spray the small technical markings and service labels, the stencils, onto a model of the F-16 fighter. The etched edges of the individual characters give a sharp, clean print that looks finer than thick decals and suits a large scale in particular.
The General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon is an American single-engine multi-role fighter and one of the most widely used combat aircraft of its generation. Its surface carries a great many small technical markings and warning labels, which in a large scale contribute markedly to the credibility of a model.
Lay the mask on the relevant place on the surface of the model, hold it in position and spray a thin layer of paint through the etched edges with an airbrush. Lay the paint on in thinner layers so that it does not creep under the edge. Once dry, take the mask off carefully. Work on a smooth, gloss varnish and try the method on a test surface first. This is a technique for more advanced modelers.
This is not an aircraft model. The base kit and paints are not included in the package.
