This is a pre-colored self-adhesive photo-etched accessory from the Czech firm Eduard in 1:32 scale. It is not a kit of the aircraft but a set of photo-etched parts for a realistic rendering of the ejection seats and restraint belts in the cockpit of the Phantom. The pre-colored form makes it possible to fit the belts and plates without laborious painting.
The McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II was an American two-seat supersonic fighter and strike aircraft with two jet engines. It served with the US Air Force as well as the US Navy and is one of the icons of the Cold War; it was deployed among other places over Vietnam.
Separate the parts with a sharp blade on a hard surface and make the bends along the etched grooves. The pre-colored self-adhesive features are stuck down without further paint, while super glue helps with the purely metal parts. Degrease the surfaces before fitting.
The accessory is supplied without the base model; that is not included in the package.
