The set offers 3D printed and already painted instrument panels and cockpit details of the light supersonic aircraft in its two-seat form. Everything is on decal paper, so the parts are applied like a decal and need neither gluing nor painting. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory for a kit in 1:32 scale.
The F-5F is the two-seat version of the Tiger II with a lengthened forward fuselage and a tandem arrangement. That means two separate workstations: a front one with the full flight and weapons suite of analog instruments, and a rear one set higher for the sake of visibility, with its own panel. The panels are not interchangeable, and on the model both are seen at once under one long canopy. This is where the F-5F differs from the single-seat E version, where one panel is enough. Anyone building the two-seat version needs a set cut for exactly that.
Plan the work so that the front and rear panels do not get swapped, and label the parts on the mat in advance. Both are applied into the part-built fuselage while the cockpit tubs are still accessible. Degrease the surface and leave it smooth, seat the part and fine-tune its position while it is still movable, then blot away the excess water so that no bubbles form under the edge. Fit the seats and control sticks only after the panel is fully dry, otherwise you will scratch the fresh print while handling it.
The accessory is supplied without the kit, paints and glue. Before buying, check the fit with the Kitty Hawk kit in 1:32 scale.
