A set of injection-molded plastic figures in 1:32 scale (54 mm) from HäT Industrie. It is a command set of French elite infantry of the Napoleonic period dressed in long greatcoats. It contains command figures suitable for completing elite units. The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted, and some need a little assembly.
The elite companies of the French infantry often wrapped themselves in long greatcoats on campaign and in cold weather, which gave protection against the elements. A command set usually includes officers, standard bearers and musicians, who lead the unit. The set suits completing the line figures of elite infantry in greatcoats.
Join the fine parts with a thin cement for plastic or with cyanoacrylate glue. Before painting, wash the figures and apply a primer. Paint the greatcoats and the uniforms with acrylics, and bring out the depth of the folds with a dark wash and a dry brush.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
