Airbrush templates for a camouflage pattern on models of Italian aircraft in 1:32 scale. The template holds the shape of the blotches and their spacing, so that the pattern comes out the same on the left and the right side of the model and can be repeated on a further build without measuring.
Two pieces of template. The number in the name distinguishes the individual sheets within the range. In the large 1:32 scale the pattern is laid out generously and every inaccuracy in the outline is clearly visible on the model, so it pays to compare the subject in advance.
Use the template on a dry undercoat, before you spray the paint that is to form the pattern. Pressed to the surface it gives a sharp edge, held a few millimeters above it a soft transition. Thin the paint more and apply it in light coats perpendicular to the surface, not at an angle under the edge of the template, otherwise the paint will seep underneath. On rounded surfaces hold the template with your fingers or with tweezers so that it does not stand off anywhere. After every move, wipe it while the paint is fresh.
For modelers with an airbrush who build in a large scale and want the camouflage pattern regular, repeatable and identical on both halves of the model. It will also serve anyone who does not dare to spray freehand, because the outline of the pattern is given by the template and does not have to be carried onto the model with a pencil.
The model, the paints, the thinner and the glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
