1:32 Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6 Updated version is a reworked color instrument set from Red Fox Studio for the German fighter. It is cut for the Revell kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A newer edition of the set from Red Fox Studio with color printing and three-dimensional relief, which is transferred into the cockpit on a carrier film. Because a set of the same name is also issued in a cut for a different kit, with this item it matters that it is prepared for the Revell kit. Plastic aircraft parts are not included. The cut matches the shapes of a particular set of parts and may not seat on another one.
The G-6 was built in greater numbers than any other sub-variant of the 109. It received the Daimler-Benz DB 605A engine and heavier 13 mm machine guns, whose breeches called for conspicuous bulges on the engine cowling. The machine can be recognized by them at first glance. It served on all fronts from 1943, and a tall wooden rudder appeared on the later batches.
Check that you really have the kit the cut is intended for, otherwise the shapes will not match. Level the relief on the plastic, degrease the area and transfer the elements with tweezers. Work from the middle out to the edges and take care that no bubble stays under the print. Remove the surplus film around the edge only once it has dried; earlier there is a risk of it shifting. Paint the cockpit frame before you fit the instruments.
