A figure item in 1:32 scale from the range tied to the MJ-1 loading trailer. It completes an airfield scene in which the equipment otherwise stays without a crew.
Responsibility details are not available.
The MJ-1 is a low American mobile platform onto which ground personnel load an aircraft bomb, bring it to an aircraft and raise it with hydraulics to the height of a pylon. Work around it is visible at every airfield, and without people beside the equipment even a carefully built cabinet looks half empty.
The item belongs to the range of figures in 1:32 scale and is tied precisely to the MJ-1 trailer. How many figures are in the package and in what posture is given by the manufacturer in the instructions. 1:32 scale is fairly large for figures; an adult human comes out in it at around 55 mm, so the footwear, the belt and the folds of the overalls all stand out on a figure.
First wash the parts in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent and let them dry off. Cut the excess material and the marks of manufacture off with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the spot with fine abrasive paper, so that no flat area is left after the work. Apply the paint in thin layers and deal with the shadows using a dark filling shade that draws into the folds; then go lightly over the edges with a lighter tone.
It suits a diorama as well as a standalone cabinet scene with an aircraft in 1:32 scale, where the crew has something to do. Paints and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
