Eduard 1:32 Tempest Mk.II landing flaps is a photo-etched set for refining the flaps of the Hawker Tempest Mk.II fighter. An accessory for a kit, not an airplane model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched set from Eduard in 1:32 scale for truer landing flaps on the British Hawker Tempest Mk.II fighter. It is not an airplane model but a set of fine metal parts meant to be built into a plastic kit.
The Tempest Mk.II was a British fighter from the end of the Second World War, powered by a radial engine, which followed on from the Tempest Mk.V and its H-24 engine. It was marked by its performance at low and medium altitudes.
The etching replaces thick plastic with a thin ribbed structure of the flaps. Cut the parts off at the fret, form the bends over a bending tool and glue with super glue. Degrease the parts before painting and spray them with a base coat.
This is an accessory, not a stand-alone model. The plastic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
