1:32 Tornado ECR German from Quinta Studio is a colored interior set for a large model of the German combat Tornado.

A set for fitting out the cockpit of a model of the Panavia Tornado in the ECR version in German service, 1:32 scale. It brings a finished colored rendition of the instrument panels, the side consoles and other cockpit areas, so the laborious hand outlining of hundreds of tiny features falls away. The set is cut for the Italeri kit.
The Panavia Tornado came about as a joint European program and served several countries in many variants. The ECR version served the Luftwaffe for suppressing air defenses and for electronic reconnaissance; it carried equipment for locating emitting radars and the matching armament. The two-seat cockpit with a great many controls at both stations is exactly the part of the model where the difference between bare plastic and a well worked out fit-out can be seen at first glance.
First level the areas under the set and unify them with a base shade so that the plastic does not show through anywhere. Work in small sections, place each element and let it settle undisturbed before you move on to the next. Blot the excess moisture away with soft paper from the center toward the edges. Once the cockpit is finished I recommend sealing it with matte varnish, which unifies the sheen and protects the surface during further handling.
