A set of photo-etched seat belts from Eduard in 1:32 scale in the late-version pattern of the US Army Air Forces and the US Navy of the Second World War. It is not an airplane model but a fine cockpit accessory for faithful pilot restraints.
The photo-etched belts replace simplified or missing plastic restraints and raise the realism of the interior markedly. The late-version pattern matches the restraints used in the closing part of the war by the US Army Air Forces and the US Navy.
Separate the parts carefully from the fret, form them into a naturally flowing shape and fix them with super glue. Pre-colored belts only need to be picked out, while bare metal ones should be painted according to period patterns.
This is an accessory, not a stand-alone model. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
