Black Dog 1:32 US Navy modern fighter pilots is a set of resin figures for completing models of contemporary carrier fighters.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set in 1:32 scale from the Czech manufacturer Black Dog contains resin figures of pilots of contemporary US Navy carrier aviation. It is an accessory for more experienced modelers, intended to bring models of modern fighters or scenes on the deck of a carrier to life. The figures are supplied as a resin kit, unassembled and unpainted.
Pilots of modern carrier fighters wear a characteristic flight suit with an anti-g suit, a life vest and a helmet with an oxygen mask. Their figures give a model in 1:32 scale a sense of scale and life, whether it is a pilot walking to the aircraft or a scene of preparations before launching from the deck.
First wash the mold release residue off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and join them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Sand resin with respiratory protection. Apply a filler primer before painting; flight suits and vests are painted in matte shades, and fine washes work well for bringing out the detail of the equipment.
The set is supplied as a resin kit, unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and a model of the aircraft are not included in the package.
