Ne. Řada STEEL se dodává předlakovaná, tedy s natištěnou barvou. Doporučit lze jen jemný wash a lehké zvýraznění kování.

Ocel je tvrdší a pružnější. Ohýbá se hůř, ale díl si po ohnutí udrží tvar, takže pás působí přirozeněji než u měkčí mosazi.
