A set of classic waterslide decals in 1:48 scale from OWL. It brings colored markings for the Messerschmitt Bf 110 C-3 heavy fighter operated by the Regia Aeronautica with 235a Squadriglia. It is neither a kit nor plastic parts but an accessory for finishing the surface of your model with accurate period markings.
The Messerschmitt Bf 110 was a German twin-engine heavy fighter, a Zerstörer, which found use as an escort and night fighter and as a fighter-bomber. The C-3 version was among the early production forms with Daimler-Benz engines. Besides the Luftwaffe, Bf 110s also flew with friendly air forces, the Italian among them, where they carried different national insignia and tactical markings.
Coat the surface under the decal with a gloss varnish so that the marking takes without silvering. Dip the decal in lukewarm water and, once it has let go, slide it onto the model and blot the excess water off. A decal softener will help it settle into the detail of the surface. Finally coat the model with a matte or semi-gloss varnish.
