Self-adhesive painting masks from kabuki paper for the A-10C Thunderbolt II attack aircraft in 1:48 scale. The set is aimed at the frames of the cockpit glazing, and in the EXPERT version it adds masks for the inner side and further detail elements, so that you paint the frames with sharp, accurate edges from the outside and from the inside. They are made by the Czech company New Ware.
You stick the inner masks on before the cockpit is closed up and paint them in the interior color, while the outer ones cover the frames during the final finish. Once the paint has dried you take the masks off carefully. Kabuki paper follows the rounded canopy well; apply the paint in thin coats. It suits an airbrush and a brush alike.
The paints and the model are not included in the package. The masks are intended for single use.
